Return Policy

We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or received in the wrong item. Since our products are 3D printed and handcrafted, minor variations in texture or color are natural and not considered defects.

Eligibility for Return

✔Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
✔Product must be unused and in original condition.
✔Applicable only for damaged, defective or wrong items.
✔Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
